We were approached by a customer who had acquired a vintage chandelier from an antiques fair.

Alison fell in-love with the chandelier from the moment she saw it, but it was broken, and the wiring was old and not up to UK electrical standards.

​

We were able to source specialist chandelier cable which is thinner to enable it to fit through small holes, we also obtained special chandelier build holders.

​

Stage Left Lux were able to sympathetically restore the chandelier retaining the look and feel of the original piece at the same time as making sure it is up to modern electrical standards and safe to use.

​

We carefully dismantled the chandelier, gently cleaned to remove years of dust and lovingly rewired and fitted new modern bulb holders bringing it up to current UK electrical standards.

​
