Postage is FREE on all orders within the UK!

Delivery speed is normally 2-3 working days, and will be posted using either first class Royal Mail signed for, or Parcel Force 24 hour services. Some made to order items may take a little longer as we make these bespoke to order.

All of our lamps are shipped from Derby in the UK. 

​

Currently we are only able to accept orders from customers in Mainland UK.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order to let us solve the issue.

You have the right to change your mind and return any item with-in 14 days, please contact us and we will provide returns details. 

​

Depending on the reason for the return you may need to pay the return postage. 

​

If the item is not as described or is faulty we may offer a replacement or a refund, if you would like to send the item back we will refund you the postage cost.

If you are returning the item because you have changed you mind or decided you don't like it you will have to pay for the return postage.
